Skid steers are heavy units that are one of a farmer’s most useful equipment, but they are inherently harmful to operate.   • Fill the fuel tank at the end of your task to reduce condensation.
  • Make sure that your equipment is kept adequately fueled during the day.  
  • You must check the oil in the unit, the oil should be clear, and if the oil is dark so it may be an indication of overheating.
  • You should pay attention, there is no any leakage of hydraulic hoses and no any damage to electric wiring.
  • After your work is done you must check the damage on a ground engaging tool like teeth, bucket, etc.
  • You should inspect the attachments of the mount-up to ensure that there is a proper connection.
